Cynthia Simpson

As Miles’ long time case manager and paralegal, she joined him in opening Mussetter Law in 2024. Cynthia graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and legal studies. Following graduation, she moved to Louisville where she began her career as a legal assistant at a personal injury law firm. Starting as a legal assistant, Cynthia learned the importance of every step of personal injury claims.  With her client-first mindset and knowledge, she approaches every case with empathy, precision and care.

Cynthia is a new mom and relishes her time with her son and husband. As a family, they enjoy lazy days at home with their cats, trips to the zoo, and UofL Football games. She’s an avid distance runner, completing several half marathons and Kentucky’s very own 200-mile relay, The Bourbon Chase.
